Chargé Webmarketing – Gestion e‑commerce et plateformes de livraison

About the role

The Webmarketing Officer will support the e‑commerce strategy of a French restaurant franchise, managing the website, delivery platforms and point‑of‑sale systems. The role combines digital channel optimisation, partnership management and operational set‑up for new outlets, with the possibility of full‑remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website and mobile application, ensuring alignment with the e‑commerce growth strategy.
• Monitor site performance, optimise customer journeys and content to increase sales.
• Implement online commercial actions in coordination with marketing, communication and CRM teams.
• Configure the point‑of‑sale system, keep product catalogs up‑to‑date for France and international markets.
• Manage relationships with delivery partners (Uber, Deliveroo, JustEat, Wedely), including contract negotiations and performance tracking.
• Oversee the Flynt tool to maximise restaurant revenue and update delivery platform catalogs.
• Conduct benchmark analyses of platform pricing to advise on optimal price positioning.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for delivery channels.
• Create and configure new point‑of‑sale accounts across all sales and visibility channels (website, delivery platforms, The Fork, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.).
• Define delivery zones for each new outlet and maintain establishment information in the Malou application.

Required profile

• Perfect command of written and spoken French.
• High level of autonomy and professionalism when interacting directly with the client.
• Strong polyvalence and ability to propose improvements.
• Flexibility to work French business hours (08‑17 or 10‑19).
