Chargé Webmarketing – Gestion e‑commerce et plateformes de livraison

About the role

The Webmarketing Officer will support a French restaurant franchise by managing its e‑commerce presence, delivery‑partner integrations and point‑of‑sale systems. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the client, requiring a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company website and mobile application, contributing to e‑commerce strategy to increase sales.
• Optimize site performance, customer journey and content.
• Implement online commercial actions in coordination with marketing, communication and CRM teams.
• Configure the POS system, update product catalogs for France and international markets, and maintain kiosk data.
• Oversee partnerships with Uber, Deliveroo, JustEat and Wedely, including contract negotiations and compliance monitoring.
• Use the Flynt tool to maximize restaurant revenue and keep delivery‑platform catalogs up to date.
• Create benchmarks of delivery‑platform pricing to advise on tariff positioning.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for delivery channels.
• Set up new points of sale across all sales and visibility channels (website, delivery platforms, The Fork, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.).
• Define delivery zones for each new outlet and configure establishment information in the Malou application.

Required profile

• Perfect command of written and spoken French.
• Highly autonomous, able to interact directly with the client.
• Proactive, versatile and able to propose improvements.
• Motivated with strong soft‑skill orientation; no prior restaurant experience required.
