French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live‑chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
