Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the control and inspection of construction projects. The role ensures that design, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contractor construction teams and their efficiency against plans and schedules.
• Confirm system designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Review detailed project designs and verify construction quality control, including welding, civil, and dimensional aspects.
• Evaluate design and cost proposals and review contractor submittals for contractual compliance.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide design recommendations, and maintain accurate project records.
• Facilitate communication between contractors and internal teams on technical issues and interface with existing infrastructure.
• Attend inspections of critical equipment and participate in project meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing existing and new construction projects or a similar role.
• Undergraduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows XP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
