About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat inquiries from French‑speaking regions, providing clear, empathetic assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
