Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You will work closely with founders, designers, and property managers to build and improve features across the short‑term rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer‑facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that help property managers grow.
• Understand property‑manager workflows, identify friction points and decide which problems to solve.
• Take features from idea through frontend, backend, testing and deployment, owning the complete experience in production.
• Create intuitive user interfaces in partnership with designers.
• Develop event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive work such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and reliability as the platform scales.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or similar technologies.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and cloud architecture.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Independent ownership of outcomes and a bias toward shipping, learning and iterating.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
