Treasury Manager – Cash & Liquidity

About the role

The Treasury Manager will oversee cash, liquidity and foreign‑exchange activities for the region, ensuring optimal funding and compliance with internal policies. This role works closely with finance managers, banking partners and the Group Treasury team to support day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review local and regional cash‑flow forecasts and prepare cash liquidity reports.
• Analyse cash‑flow deviations and collaborate with country Finance Managers to mitigate liquidity impacts.
• Develop and implement liquidity strategies, manage debt facilities and negotiate renewal terms with banks.
• Maintain and enforce Treasury policies, procedures and KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee FX procurement, payment processing, reconciliation and balance‑sheet exposure monitoring.
• Support inter‑company loan agreements, bank relationship management and bank‑fee optimization.
• Prepare daily cash balances, weekly treasury reviews and assist with Kyriba implementation and RFP processes.
• Respond to audit queries, provide confirmations to accounting teams and address Treasury‑related questions from new markets.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Treasury experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, accounting and banking operations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (spreadsheet) proficiency.
• Experience with Treasury management systems such as Kyriba.
