Advertising & New E‑Verticals Specialist

About the role

The Advertising and New E‑Verticals Specialist will design and execute data‑driven advertising strategies to monetize MTN Benin’s digital platforms while identifying and launching innovative digital verticals such as e‑health, e‑education, fintech and gaming. The role works closely with advertisers, media agencies and cross‑functional teams to drive revenue and expand the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies for apps, websites and other digital assets.
• Build and manage partnerships with advertisers and media agencies to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
• Optimize ad inventory, targeting and revenue streams using analytics and audience insights.
• Monitor advertising trends including programmatic, native and AI‑driven personalization.
• Identify, evaluate and launch new digital verticals aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, content and partnership teams to define go‑to‑market plans.
• Track performance metrics of advertising and e‑verticals and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Promote risk management, compliance and ethical standards within all activities.

Required profile
