Lapaire is seeking an Agency Manager to lead its optical shop in Kandi, Benin. The role combines retail management, sales leadership, and customer‑focused vision care services, ensuring the store meets commercial targets while delivering high‑quality eye‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the optical agency, including vision tests and sales of corrective eyewear.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and opticians, fostering professional development.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to achieve revenue and brand‑awareness goals.
• Plan and monitor forecasted sales, organize seasonal promotions and in‑store events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lapaire products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Report performance and market insights to the Zone Manager.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the optical sector and customer expectations.
• Proven experience in retail or sales management, preferably in vision‑care.
