AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves creating high‑quality training data, evaluating model outputs, and collaborating with engineers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end training workflows, including supervised fine‑tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Develop complex prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define rubrics for model output quality and maintain documentation of training methodologies.
• Analyze model failures, identify bias or hallucination sources, and create “golden datasets” as standards.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency across a global team.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable annotation tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to annotation tools.
• Generate high‑quality synthetic data to augment training sets for niche scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., software engineering, computer science).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to dissect complex problems and articulate abstract concepts.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying current with AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
