Azure Cloud Architect – Design Scalable Secure Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation and management of secure, scalable and cost‑efficient solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role will involve shaping our cloud strategy, establishing standards and guiding cross‑functional teams through migration and modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure, highly available Azure infrastructures aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, policies and roadmaps.
• Optimize resources for performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Implement security, governance and compliance controls across the cloud environment.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development and security teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous availability.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Azure architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Azure Solutions Architect Associate or Expert certification preferred.

Required skills

• Azure core services: Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, Storage, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL.
• Infrastructure as Code: ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform (or similar).
• Networking, identity management and cloud security concepts.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
