Clinical Trial Recruitment & Retention Implementation Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Regeneron is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead patient‑focused recruitment and retention activities for global clinical trials. This 12‑month contract role will translate strategic plans into actionable tactics, ensuring compliance and data‑driven decision‑making throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee trial‑level recruitment and retention tactics across assigned studies.
• Collaborate with study teams to deliver compliant recruitment plans before First Patient First Visit (FPFV).
• Coordinate with Clinical Trial Management on milestones and country allocations.
• Manage specialist vendors, track KPIs, ensure compliance, and oversee contractual delivery.
• Review and improve recruitment materials, content, and design elements.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on emerging data.
• Maintain tracking systems, checklists, and recruitment process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree may substitute for experience).
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial recruitment, retention, or related clinical operations.
• Hands‑on vendor management experience.
• Strong understanding of ICH/GCP, EUCTR, and IVDR guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 5‑10%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ICH/GCP, EUCTR, IVDR regulatory frameworks.
• Experience using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Trial Master File (TMF) systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑supported document tools.
• Advanced use of core Microsoft Office applications.
