About the role

The Customer Service Manager will lead a flexible‑workspace centre, acting as the owner‑operator of the site. You will ensure the centre delivers exceptional service, meets performance targets and creates brand ambassadors among customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of centre performance, from operations to sales.
• Solve on‑site challenges and maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients and upsell services to existing customers.
• Drive team results to achieve revenue and service targets.
• Continuously improve workspace quality and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small, close‑knit team and delivering against targets.
• Background in managing a flexible‑workspace centre, retail store, restaurant or similar customer‑focused site.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Demonstrated drive, resilience and ownership.
