About the role

Fanaka&Co is looking for a dynamic Director of NEXUS Programs to lead the development of its entrepreneurial ecosystem initiatives in Benin. The role combines strategic oversight, operational management, and partnership coordination to ensure the impact and sustainability of the organization’s portfolio of support services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and institutional management of Fanaka&Co’s full portfolio of entrepreneurship support programs.
• Help establish a lasting anchor point for Fanaka&Co’s activities in Benin, strengthening its local presence.
• Coordinate with major partners, including funders and institutional stakeholders, to align resources and objectives.
• Lead communication efforts and disseminate impact results to internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, finance, development economics, business, engineering, political science, project management, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills, strong rigor, and familiarity with modern digital tools.
• Proven autonomy and leadership ability to manage a remote team and represent the organization publicly.
