Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to validate opportunities and build a revenue‑generating venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a clear product vision.
• Conduct customer research and validate problems through direct conversations.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategy and launch the new product quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own product adoption, customer success, financial performance and data‑driven iteration.
• Report progress directly to the founders and executive team.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing and operations.
• Passion for AI and building products that customers love.

Required skills

• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
