French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload and download).
