French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

Required skills
