French/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through voice calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality service.
