French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s standards of quality and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center setting.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
