About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual customer service representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

• Patient, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Required skills
