Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. As an independent contractor, you will own the paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic, and revenue.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts or internal projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads certification (highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
