Project Manager – Cyber Operations & Delivery

About the role

Blip, part of Flutter Functions, is seeking a Project Manager to support the Head of Cyber Operations & Delivery. You will help drive the timely delivery of global cybersecurity initiatives, working across diverse security and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standardized project management methodologies, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement models to ensure consistent delivery.
• Lead project design by translating multiple stakeholder requirements into clear project plans with milestones and target outcomes.
• Manage the delivery of key cybersecurity projects, coordinating multiple workstreams and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Support portfolio management and business operations for the Cyber Operations & Delivery function.

Required profile

• Seasoned project manager with a proven ability to anticipate and solve strategic problems.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a diverse group of security and technology professionals.
• Willingness to learn about various mission areas within the cybersecurity domain.
