About the role
The Regional Business Development Manager will support Cordaid’s mission in Benin by leading business development initiatives, focusing on donor relations and grant management across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential donors and partners to secure funding.
- Develop and submit grant proposals in line with Cordaid’s programmes.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with program teams to align fundraising strategies with operational needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, donor relations or grant management.
- Strong understanding of development and humanitarian contexts.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
