Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, live chat and email, delivering friendly and effective assistance while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
