Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone and live chat, and helping turn challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
