Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. As a French‑English Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions through voice calls and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support system.
• Spot recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
