Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone and live chat while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
