Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
