About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will help customers in French and English through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
