Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers from French-speaking regions, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup with an i5-class computer, high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems.
