Responsable Commercial – Cotonou

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the sales strategy of Mosaïque Ingénierie in Cotonou. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and driving revenue growth across engineering, construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in line with business objectives.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients and partners in the Beninese market.
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships to increase repeat business.
• Monitor tender opportunities, prepare and manage commercial proposals until contract signing.
• Maintain regular market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within BTP, engineering, infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Benin market and effective prospecting techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, autonomous, organized and results‑driven.
• Fluent French communication; English proficiency is a plus.
