Sales Representative – Optical Retail (Bohicon 2, Benin)

About the role

Lapaire is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its optical retail agency in Bohicon 2, Benin. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover quality eyewear solutions while contributing to the growth of a pan‑African optical network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for the agency by actively prospecting in the surrounding area.
• Welcome visitors, understand their visual needs, and present Lapaire’s product range and services.
• Advise customers on frame selection and lens options, explaining the benefits of each.
• Maintain client relationships through order processing, delivery coordination, and post‑sale support.
• Accurately record prospects and sales in the CRM system and assist with payment transactions.
• Ensure a comfortable and professional environment within the agency.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating with the optician and agency manager.
• Willingness to learn about optical products and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and sales tracking.
• Basic knowledge of optical eyewear, frames, and lens types.
