SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead our search engine optimization and paid search initiatives. You will shape content strategy, build links, manage keyword portfolios, and run PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to boost organic traffic and maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion to drive organic growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve target cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze GA4, PPC, and SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted work.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
