Stagiaire Communication – Design multimédia, photo et vidéo

About the role

The UNDP Benin Country Office is looking for a Communication Intern to support its multimedia activities. The role offers a hands‑on experience in institutional communication, allowing the intern to develop practical skills while contributing to the office’s visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting articles, press releases, success stories, web content and social‑media posts.
• Participate in the design and formatting of communication materials such as presentations, posters, brochures, infographics and other visual assets.
• Support event coverage by taking photos, capturing video, writing reports and disseminating content.
• Help animate the office’s digital platforms and social‑media channels.
• Classify and archive photographic and audiovisual resources.
• Conduct media and documentary monitoring on UNDP activities and development topics.
• Attend communication team meetings and perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Licence (Bachelor) program.
• Motivation to apply theoretical knowledge in a professional setting and to develop a career in communication.
• Interest in institutional communication within an international organization.
• Ability to work in an international, professional environment.
• Willingness to provide a medical certificate, health‑insurance proof and to respect confidentiality and UN values.
