Treasury Lead – Cash & Liquidity Management

About the role

The Treasury Lead will oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and debt financing across multiple entities. This role ensures optimal cash positioning, compliance with treasury policies, and effective collaboration with banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse local and regional cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Monitor cash balances by account, entity, country and region, and address any deviations.
• Collaborate with finance managers and banking partners to resolve operational queries.
• Develop and implement liquidity strategies, manage debt facilities and negotiate renewal terms.
• Enforce treasury policies, procedures and KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee FX procurement, payments, reconciliation and exposure monitoring.
• Support inter‑company loan agreements, bank relationship management and bank signatory updates.
• Assist with treasury system implementations (e.g., Kyriba) and RFP processes.
• Provide treasury data and confirmations for accounting and audit teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and debt financing.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheeting experience (Excel).
• Good knowledge of treasury, accounting and banking operations.
