Treasury Lead

About the role

The Treasury Lead is responsible for overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and debt management across the region. This role works closely with finance managers, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal funding and compliance with treasury policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse local and regional cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Monitor cash balances by account, entity, country and region, and address any deviations.
• Collaborate with banking partners to resolve operational queries and negotiate facility renewals.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures and KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage FX procurement, payments, and exposure monitoring.
• Oversee inter‑company flows, bank fees, and interest optimisation.
• Prepare daily cash balances, weekly treasury reviews and support group‑wide initiatives.
• Assist in Kyriba implementation and lead RFP processes for treasury tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury, accounting and banking operations.
• Advanced spreadsheeting experience (Excel).
• Experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like KissFlow.
