Video Editor – Create Engaging Content for AI SaaS

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for a talented Video Editor to bring its AI‑driven short‑term rental platform to life. You will transform raw footage, product recordings and founder interviews into compelling launch films, social clips and paid ads that capture attention and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launch videos and brand films, blending storytelling, demos and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, behind‑the‑scenes footage and talking‑head recordings.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn with powerful hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with varied openings, messaging and calls‑to‑action.
• Enhance videos with screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography and clear visual explanations.
• Own the full post‑production process: footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions and final exports.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape emotion through music, silence and pacing.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora and ElevenLabs to speed up production.
• Independent, deadline‑driven and receptive to direct feedback.
