Virtual Bilingual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent to join its fully remote team. You will interact with customers in both French and English, delivering prompt and friendly assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Assist customers with order issues, technical questions, and general support requests.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in every interaction.
• Navigate and document cases using Zendesk and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet (≥25 Mbps), a computer (Intel i5 or equivalent), a quiet workspace and a quality headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Zendesk and Salesforce.
