O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is looking for 2L summer associate candidates for its 2028 summer program. The position offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile, transformative IP assignments alongside leading legal talent. Successful candidates will gain hands‑on experience in intellectual property and technology matters.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, material science, chemistry, biology, or an equivalent field.
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to uncompromising excellence, distinctive leadership, and superior citizenship.
