After-Sales Manager – Cotonou

About the role

Sun King is seeking an After‑Sales Manager to lead its after‑sales operations in Cotonou, Benin. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, managing warranty claims, coordinating spare parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee after‑sales service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, warranty claims and service requests.
• Monitor and improve service turnaround times (TAT) and compliance with service level agreements.
• Lead, mentor and train after‑sales executives, technicians and support staff.
• Manage warranty administration, approvals, rejections and documentation.
• Control spare‑parts inventory, guaranteeing availability while optimizing costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, handling escalations and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align systems and applications with service needs.
• Develop and implement new processes to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in after‑sales, warranty or service management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
