About the role
The position involves supervising children aged 3 to 12 during reception periods, designing age‑appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise groups of children, maintaining constant vigilance over their safety.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that match the interests and developmental levels of children aged 3‑12.
- Monitor the well‑being of each child and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operation of the program.
Required profile
- Holder of a valid BAFA certification.
- Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain a safe environment.
- Good communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
