About the role

Stanbic IBTC is seeking a Business Banker to lead enterprise banking activities across the nation. The role focuses on managing an existing portfolio of small‑business clients while actively acquiring new customers to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing small‑business clients.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new business customers.
• Drive revenue by cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Ensure accurate account opening, maintenance, and compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• First degree in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales and relationship management within the financial sector.
• Proven ability to manage small‑business accounts and achieve profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of banking products and customer needs.
