Business Banker – Enterprise Banking (Nationwide)

About the role

Stanbic IBTC is seeking a Business Banker to lead enterprise banking activities across the nation. You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of small‑business clients while actively acquiring new customers to grow the bank’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio.
• Onboard new business customers and develop long‑term relationships.
• Drive profitability through effective sales and relationship management.
• Oversee account opening, maintenance, and related product systems.
• Interpret data and develop strategies to meet business targets.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales and relationship management.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably managing small‑business accounts.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and banking products.
