About the role

Lapaire is looking for a motivated Commercial(e) to drive sales at its optical agency in Agori, Benin. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and customers, promoting high‑quality, stylish eyewear at transparent prices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and secure sales for the agency by prospecting in the surrounding area.
• Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and present Lapaire’s product range.
• Advise customers on frame selection and explain the differences between lens types.
• Guide clients through the purchase journey, from selection to delivery.
• Record prospects and sales accurately in the CRM system and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain a pleasant in‑store environment and ensure a high level of customer comfort.

Required profile

• Works daily with the agency’s optician and reports to the Agency Manager.
• Proactive, courteous, and able to build trust with customers.
• Comfortable conducting field prospecting and in‑store sales activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and sales tracking.
