About the role

Lapaire is looking for a dynamic Commercial (sales) professional to drive the growth of its optical shop in Menontin, Benin. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both on the field and in‑store, delivering a high‑quality experience that showcases Lapaire’s affordable, stylish eye‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers in the neighbourhood of the agency.
• Welcome visitors, understand their needs and present Lapaire’s product and service portfolio.
• Advise clients on frame selection and explain the benefits of different lens types.
• Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM system and support the checkout process.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to delivery of glasses.
• Collaborate with the on‑site optician and report to the Agency Manager.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn about optical products.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software for prospect and sales tracking.
• Basic knowledge of optical frames, lenses and their specifications.
