Commercial(e) – Vente en agence optique à Cotonou

About the role

Lapaire is looking for a motivated Commercial(e) to drive sales and provide an excellent customer experience in its optical agency in Cotonou. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and clients, representing the brand and its vision of affordable, stylish eye‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for the agency by actively prospecting in the surrounding area.
• Approach potential customers on the field and invite them to the store.
• Welcome visitors, listen to their needs, and clearly present Lapaire’s concept and product range.
• Advise clients on frame selection and explain the differences between lens types.
• Guide customers through the purchase journey, from selection to delivery.
• Record prospects and sales accurately in the CRM system and assist with payment processing.
• Maintain a high level of client comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit.

Required profile

• First point of contact between Lapaire and customers, working closely with the on‑site optician.
• Reports to the Agency Manager and operates within the Benin territory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospects.
• Enthusiastic about contributing ideas and initiatives to grow the business.
