Ecommerce Manager Internship

About the role

This internship as an Ecommerce Manager at Declik offers a hybrid work setting in Abomey-Calavi, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will support the daily operation of the online store, gaining hands‑on experience in product management, sales tracking, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Update product listings and ensure accurate, appealing product information.
• Monitor inventory levels and track orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist in optimizing the user experience across ecommerce platforms.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance data.
• Prepare simple reports and suggest improvements to increase traffic and conversion.
• Participate in planning meetings and collaborate closely with supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting ecommerce metrics and sales data.
• Clear, professional communication for teamwork and customer assistance.
• Interest and basic knowledge in sales, ecommerce, and digital marketing.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, commerce, or related program (preferred).
