About the role

AFRIN3XUS is seeking qualified teachers for early childhood, primary and secondary levels to join its on‑site team in Cotonou. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences, supporting student development, and collaborating with families and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to monitor progress.
• Promote the holistic development of learners.

Required profile

• Strong ability in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Experience with early childhood education and kindergarten teaching methods.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Previous teaching experience at early childhood, primary, or secondary levels is highly recommended.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Proficiency in French and/or English is an advantage.
• Commitment to inclusive and engaging educational experiences.
