JIRELIA recherche un(e) expert(e) en planification stratégique et prospective afin de conduire une mission d’évaluation et de conception de théorie du changement, basée à Cotonou, au Bénin.

Profil recherché

Bac+5 minimum en planification stratégique ou études prospectives.
Au moins 6 ans d’expérience en évaluation d’impact ou d’efficacité.
Avoir conduit au moins 3 missions en théorie du changement ou planification stratégique.
Bilingue français‑anglais avec preuve écrite.
