Field Executive (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Executive to act as the on‑ground representative of our Verification & Service Delivery team. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will travel to universities and educational institutions to resolve stalled or unresponsive verification cases, ensuring that credential checks progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical visits to universities and educational institutions with delayed verification requests.
• Locate, engage, and follow up with the personnel responsible for processing each case.
• Identify root causes of delays such as missing documents, pending approvals, payment issues, or administrative bottlenecks.
• Drive each case toward measurable progress, secured timelines, or full completion.
• Apply structured follow‑up and escalation techniques to overcome obstacles.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with registry offices, records departments, and faculty administrators.
• Secure verifiable commitments on next steps and expected completion dates.
• Provide detailed visit reports documenting status, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
• Capture and submit supporting evidence, documentation, and key contact information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high‑impact cases and optimise visit efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in field operations, verification, compliance, or education administration (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• High level of persistence and resilience when navigating bureaucratic environments.
• Professional assertiveness and confidence in advocating for case resolution.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear reports.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
